Marble - Vanilla & chocolate flavour marbled swirly sponge with your choice of vanilla or chocolate frosting or icing

Lemon & Lime - Lime sponge layers soaked with lemon & lime drizzle & frosted with a lemon & lime buttercream

‘Just’ Lemon - Lemon sponge, drizzled in lemon syrup, filled with lemon curd & frosted with lemon buttercream

Carrot & Walnut - Moist & lightly spiced carrot cake smothered with a lemon cream cheese frosting

Coffee & Pecan - Coffee & pecan sponge soaked with a coffee syrup & finished with a coffee flavour frosting (can be made with decaff coffee, just ask)

Salted Caramel & Honeycomb - Layers of marbled caramel & treacle sponge, drizzled in salted caramel sauce, smothered with salted caramel & honeycomb frosting & topped with a border of chocolate coated honeycomb.

Strawberry Lemonade - Strawberry flavour sponge with a tongue tinging lemon sherbet buttercream.

Red Velvet - Soft red vanilla sponge with a hint of cocoa, frosted with cream cheese frosting.

Quadruple Chocolate - My signature Double Chocolate cake, with ganache filling, frosting filling and brownie chunks, then finished with chocolate frosting, a ganache drip and a border of ‘The One’ brownie bites & chocolate chunks
